I was super disappointed with the customer service. I messaged on Facebook asking a couple questions. I never received a response. Several days later I messaged again saying how disappointed I was never hearing a response at all. The person that messaged me back made several excuses but never apologized. I was completely respectful but after three or four messages I was blocked from messaging back. Very disappointed. Will never go in.
I get my Hair done by Cecilia, Shes awesome and great at what she does!! Id Highly recommend her to everyone!!! Plus the Salon is So NICE!!!
