Great guys
I can't say enough about the great service and outstanding customer service from rumney hill garage, my twin daughters have just bought their first cars with the guidance and reassurance from the lovely Dave, they're the 4th generation of our family to purchase their cars and we have all returned year on year for any maintenance, MOTS,services etc. Nothing is to much trouble, Dave has the patience of a saint!! The whole family would never think of going anywhere else!! I Highly recommend!!!!
bought this car from this garage, and I originally trusted them because of that. My car for a recurring issue with the clutch pedal spring, which had broken twice while driving within a few months. I clearly explained the issue and left the broken part for reference. I was told to return in about an hour. However, it turned out the broken spring was just reinstalled instead of being replaced. I can’t thank Rumney Hill Garage enough. After spending nearly £1,000 at Halfords being told my car had multiple serious issues – battery, spark plugs, tyres, wheel alignment, track rod, alternator, and gearbox – I finally went to Rumney Hill for a second opinion. They charged me a small fee for a full check-up and were completely honest and transparent. I am so happy with the service I have received here. After searching a long while for a car I was recommended Rumney Hill garage and I am so glad they did. Went straight onto their website to view their stock, a good selection to choose from at a good price and able to view the cars we liked the same day. The staff were all so lovely and not at all pushy, took their time to explain things to me and made sure I was happy every step of the way.
