Cannot say enough good things about the care they provided for our beagle last week! Everyone was kind and compassionate, and really put us at ease about the removal of a tumor and teeth extractions our boy needed. It was surprisingly affordable and they were able to get us in in a timely manner, even though we were a brand new customer. Greatly appreciated, they will definitely be our go-to going forward!
We were patients for nearly a year and only had positive, friendly interactions. After calmly asking some basic questions about our dogs' treatment and being met with vitriol and extreme rudeness, we were sent an email saying they would no longer treat our dogs and will not fill their prescriptions while we seek a new doctor. Dr. Sue and her staff are a gift to pet owners and most importantly the pet (fur family). From routine care of my cats and my dogs over the years, and even up to when I had to say goodbye to my 16 year old chihuahua, Abby. The thoughtful and compassionate way they handled everything, with expert care, will always make me recommend this practice to anyone who asks. Thanks Dr. Sue and staff for all you do.
