I’m really disappointed with the experience my aunt had today. She came in for threading and was brushed off by the technician, who didn’t take the time to properly engage or provide good customer service. The threading itself wasn’t even done correctly—there was still hair left behind, and when she politely asked the tech to go over it, the tech seemed irritated.
