Terrible spa. Very low IQ owners. I wouldn’t let my dog go here. They put my wife’s iPhone through a washing machine when she was in the shower, were very shady about it, and didn’t take responsibility for their employee’s negligence. Offered her a $100 gift card for a $650 phone. Isn’t a spa all about service and relaxation? And yet they treat their customers like this. Won’t be going here ever again and neither will our friends and family.
This was my first time visiting. The moment I stepped through the door until the time I left was fantastic. Everyone was very helpful and gave me a thorough tour, answering all my questions. There had been a problem with the treatment that was scheduled and I was offered a better package for what I had originally asked for at a lesser cost.
