She took the time to assess my skin’s needs and explained each step of the process, which I really appreciated. My skin feels so refreshed, hydrated, and glowing! I had a fantastic experience at Rumi with Ally, my aesthetician, for the Glass Skin Facial treatment. Ally was incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly, making sure I was comfortable throughout. She even followed up after the treatment to check on my skin's progress. If I could give this place zero stars I would, saw a promotional free service for new clients on Instagram and decided to sign up. The amount of overkill before you book your appointment is absurd, multiple emails minutes apart, multiples messages leading up to your scheduled call, warning message at 11:45 am for your 12 pm call all for them to completely miss it and call you around 2:15pm.
