Product quality and Installation were good but scheduling process was difficult and not customer service focused. For example, it took over a week to get a call back, I then had to wait two weeks to get a template appointment, and lastly, had to wait another 2 weeks for installation. Note that I accepted whatever date/time they offered to avoid the process being longer. We are very happy with the product and installation. There was a delay in materials because of supply but they scheduled installation as soon as it arrived ..
Two bathrooms and a kitchen with a large island all completed by Rumstone. Very happy with the installers and the tops
