This morning, I had the pleasure of visiting Rumford Pet in Greenville, RI. A pleasant and educational experience thanks to Craig. Within the brand that I was looking for, he took the time to look at the ingredients and helped me to locate a better food for my German Shepherd. He also helped me to locate a better food for my 18+ cat. I will never shop online again; nothing beats that personal interaction.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I am fostering a puppy, and they told me about their satisfaction guaranteed policy. I used it today when a couple of toys did not go over well with my dog. I ended up spending even more!!
