Very friendly and helpful staff. I am fostering a puppy, and they told me about their satisfaction guaranteed policy. I used it today when a couple of toys did not go over well with Phoebe. I ended up spending even more!!
I have been to almost all of their locations and the service is always outstanding. They carry Sweet Meadow hay; it's the hay my guinea pigs like best. I highly recommend Rumford Pet Express. Along with excellent service their prices are competitive. Shop local!!
Stopped by Rumford Pets in Smithfield to pick up some supplies for our brand new rescue puppy, Aspen. Was greeted by Helen. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She offered us a free care package for our newly rescued pup. Highly recommended! Thank you Rumford pets, Thank you Helen!
