This is a fantastic company. I brought in my Dyson vacuum cleaner to be repaired. I actually ordered the parts online. However I did not the right tools to apply them. I called and spoke to Lauren who is such a pleasant person. She kept me in the loop. The tech applied the new parts and a belt. Very efficient , professional staff. Would recommend highly. You will not be disappointed
