We took our new-to-us dog, a lab, Kloey there. It was unknown of her health and very little history. They were very thorough and handled her so expertly. They found a tick-born disease that they hadn't seen before (she came from Arkansas to here in Maine), researched it and treated her. She was also skittish and timid but the way they all handled her, she was relaxed and happy to see them. She now beams of happiness and good health. I am so pleased with them!
