We have been back a handful of times and had great experiences, we returned on Friday and our server was Kai. I am unsure if he was stretched thin or was just having a rough night. Our meal for 6 took 2.5 hours. We sat, ordered drinks, he quickly returned, took appetizers and meal orders, no food for an hour. Another group of 8 arrived 30 mins after us, sat next to us and left 30 mins before we did. The service and kindness was in very poor performance by Kai.
