Couldn’t be happier with the service from Paul Rumbold. I ordered an F150 a few months ago while ford had issued a stop sale. Despite my pestering Paul never gave me an unrealistic date of when it might arrive and when he was able to give me a date it was actually met! First time that’s ever happened for me with a dealership. He went above and beyond to make sure the aftermarket accessories I wanted were all in order and organised the whole lot. Would recommend to anyone I know.
These guys are outstanding and will go above and beyond to make their customers happy. It’s next level customer service compared to any dealership in Perth.
