Had the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealer at Rumbold Ford. They went above and beyond, we got towed in Monday midday, the owner delivered a hire car to our Caravan site 30mins later, figured out the issue by the afternoon, and delivered our car back to us the following morning. Kept me in the loop the entire time. This is how all Dealerships should be, incredible service.
Couldn’t be happier with the service from Paul Rumbold. I ordered an F150 a few months ago while ford had issued a stop sale. Despite my pestering Paul never gave me an unrealistic date of when it might arrive and when he was able to give me a date it was actually met! First time that’s ever happened for me with a dealership. He went above and beyond to make sure the aftermarket accessories I wanted were all in order and organised the whole lot. Would recommend to anyone I know.
These guys are outstanding and will go above and beyond to make their customers happy. It’s next level customer service compared to any dealership in Perth.
