The pool is disgusting. The chlorine gas really hits you in the face. Poorly maintained facility. We came here for the house rental which was nice. Just don’t expect the lodge to blow you out of the water Edit from their response. So actual free chlorine does not have an odor in water. What you smell in their pool facility is chloramines. Which is what chlorine attached to, like urine, bodily fluids, etc. So there is a difference between Total Chlorine, Free Chlorine, and Combined Chlorine. This place was nasty. Great place. The Lake is still gone from Hurricane. Give them a year or two.
