I would give this practice ZERO stars if I could. The one star goes to the lovely receptionist who was kind and apologetic for our horrible experience. My experience with this clinician was the worst I have ever had with a healthcare professional. I attended the appointment to assist a family member with translation, and from the very start his tone was dismissive and confrontational. He asked my family member why she was referred. Tip top. You couldn't ask for a more professional down to earth eye doctor.
This is a lovely practice, in a great spot with helpful staff (and good music). Bulk billing has made it very accessible, especially with follow up appointments. Dr Rumbach explained my diagnosis well and did extra screen tests to make sure nothing was missed and we had a baseline of care. Very much appreciate the explanations throughout.
