This is a lovely practice, in a great spot with helpful staff (and good music). Bulk billing has made it very accessible, especially with follow up appointments. Dr Rumbach explained my diagnosis well and did extra screen tests to make sure nothing was missed and we had a baseline of care. Very much appreciate the explanations throughout.
Dr Rumbach and his staff are the most kindest and caring. He is the best opthomologist I have seen and he has given me the best outcomes for my sight that I had not expected. I really appreciate his time and care.
I am not happy with Mr Rumbach treatment. I had laser treatment from him back in June last year. Since then I have a brown branch looks like it... in my vision all the time. I did not have that before treatment. It is now February which is nearly 8 months ago. Looks like it is permanent damage. Not happy at all.
