A beautiful place to stay. Great location right on the water, modern rooms, serviced daily. Gorgeous views of the ocean, the passage, and the Glasshouse Mountains. There's a good variety of restaurants very close to the hotel and a City Cave right across the road. We will absolutely stay here again!

Been there 7 times, but never again. Queried the counter staff last visit regarding changes to checking in times, and was suddenly confronted by a smarmy jumped up little boy who claimed to be the manager. We were accused of aggressively speaking to the front counter staff and causing her to feel threatened (something she herself admitted never happened).
