Despite paying $279 a month, they not only failed to register themselves as my business agent, leaving my previous accountant on record, but also didn’t file my annual report, causing my business to fall into “Not Good Standing” with the state. Amer was recommended by a friend and I tried reaching out to him at least 10 times. Called him and spoke to him for a few seconds. He said he was rushing into a meeting and will call me back - NEVER CALLED BACK! Left a text message - NEVER RESPONDED! Left voicemails - NEVER RESPONDED! Very very disappointing. Will be taking our business elsewhere now.

I strongly advise against using this accounting office. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I was constantly contacted by unprofessional staff who couldn’t answer basic questions and always responded with, “Let me check and get back to you” … but no one ever did. I tried multiple times to reach the owner directly, but every time I called, I was told he was in a meeting.
