Follow up per service…. Terrible service and communication. Did not got to my house for over a month and when I tried to communicate would not respond. Voicemail was always full and did not answer text. When I finally got a hold of him he told me he would check properly and get back to me, he never did! I asked multiple time to spray weeds in driveway and they never did. Took constant follow up a reminding and still did not do what they said and missed the 2 window mark frequently.

Showed up on time for estimate for tree work. He was ready to get the job done then and there. Will call again in the future. Thank you Rumaldo!

Called to get a quote and called again two weeks later and he said he forgot. Scheduled again for that afternoon and he didn't show up. I would suggest that you find a reliable service.

We definitely had a 5 star experience with Rumaldo tree service. They answered our calls right away. Arrived at 8 am with full crew in uniforms and top of line equipment. They were working by 8:05 and worked till 5:30 pm with lunch break. The team was like a well oiled machine. Everyone worked with smiles on faces and great attitudes. They were very respectful of our property and the neighbors too. After several tons of cut trees and pruning around the entire property, they left the yard, pond and neighbor’s yard spotless.
