My Mother passed at 8 am on Friday morning. By 12:30 Sharon was meeting with us and finalizing details for a service in Aurora, and a burial service in TN. She took care of every detail for both places. It was a very short time from Friday afternoon to the Monday morning service but she never made us feel we were asking too much. I will be forever grateful for the kind, professional, compassionate, services that were provided to us.
My 9 year old daughter’s dad passed unexpectedly. I was advised to call the funeral home to obtain a copy of his death certificate, so my daughter could receive social security benefits. I reached out to the funeral home, and they advised me they were related to the mother of my daughter’s father. They advised me that they did not want to create issues within their family, and they would be unable to help me.
