Went there to fix a new muffler in my car. They ordered that and charged $85 for that. After came back to home I noticed they left one side without clamped. When I asked them they said they were short of that and suggested me to buy one and go to any auto shop for that. They said they didn't charged for it but for $62 quoted muffler they charged me $85. For everyone's concern I was new at willmar and living 100 miles away. I have never seen such a dishonest business like them.
Brought in my car and had 2 tires put on & an oil change. Can't complain about the tires BUT when i went to get my next oil change somewhere else they found the bolt on my oil pan had been stripped, replaced with a larger bolt & welded. How the heck am i supposed to get my oil changed now. YEP, i have to get the oil pan replaced at a cost of well over $400. I contacted Rule Tire and they deny any wrong doing. I have not had my oil changed since last there. BAD BUSINESS Rule Tire!
I would recommend this friendly tire shop. They've always been helpful when I've had a tire problem.
