Moved to NYC over the summer and absolutely loved this salon!! Went to Aidana and she such a great job!! She is so sweet and can perfect any color!!
Got the worst haircut of my life here. Absolutely ruined my hair. I also waited for the hairstylist for about 30min since he was late. No respect for other people’s time whatsoever. It is embarrassing that they responded that this is not their work; I just uploaded my receipt to prove it is. I'm super sad and disappointed as their customer service was not very understanding and empathetic about my issue. EDIT: they’re so rude and texted me that I need help. And then called me manic and said they offered a refund but they never did. Also, I cannot control my friends defending me, that doesn’t mean it’s spam. The salon is absolutely stunning from the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed! The entire staff was warm, friendly, and professional. Deana did my K-Tips and truly worked her magic! She knew exactly what to do, explained the whole process in detail, and was so gentle throughout. The hair is top-quality and the results? I’ve never felt more fabulous! The salon was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a positive, inviting energy. I can’t wait to come back this place is a gem!
