This place has always helped me with my cars when there is something wrong or I need something done. Very helpful and respectful
Called this place early this morning and explained my current car situation with them and the check engine light and power loss...was told they would call me back when Troy got back in a few min but never did...I live an hr out of town and was hoping somebody would be able to get a chance to look at it...guess I will try and baby it to get back home and find someone in lafayette to fix it....nor happy
The Rule's are honest, hard working, very good people! They operate a quality shop with a talented staff and because of it, have built a very successful business!
Once again Troy and his staff, from front office to techs, did a superior job. I've never had a complaint. They've always taken care of my needs not only in a timely fashion, but with courtesy, care, and a very professional attitude. Rensselaer is fortunate to have such a first-rate business.
I drove in from Wisconsin for an appt in Rensselaer. As soon as I got into town my tire pressure dropped from 40 to 29 pounds so I knew I had a problem. Rule Auto Care was able to get me in right away and plug my tire. I was in and out within 30 mins. I am so thankful for them and the service they provided me. It was exceptional. I would highly recommend.
