Been using them for a few years. Affordable pricing. Friendly staff. Had a recent issue with my engine light coming on, finding out it was my battery. They got me in same day, i hardly remember bringing my car in that’s how quick it felt. Very thoughtful and left me stress free worrying if my car would start for the rest of the week.

Took my vehicle in to have tpms replaced and an alignment.Suspected wheel bearing or an abs sensor was bad due to my abs light coming on an off. Was told my wheer bearings were fine and all 4 tpms were bad. So I had an alignment all 4 sensors replaced and my abs was off. Well I pick my vehicle up and my abs light is still on and not only that BUT the tech who worked on my vehicle absolutely destroyed my interior by getting in and out of it covered in grease. My family of 8 was on a road trip when we discovered a nail in our tire. Thankfully, Rule Auto Care was our closest option with the best reviews. And boy, do they deserve those 5-star reviews. The staff is friendly & welcoming, and the facilities are clean & comfy — though our family barely had to wait as Rule had our tire patched in less than 20 minutes and we were back on the road.
