I wish I could give this place a 10/10 because when I say they are kind, helpful and a pleasure too be around I mean just that. Tyler greeted me with such a warm, friendly and welcoming invite. He walked through the whole process of cycling at their facility as well giving me a tour around the facility. I started a membership here for a month. I was advised that I could not cancel at this location (where I started my membership) because I was placed under the address of the downtown location (I have no clue why when I live down the street in the Lake Nona area). I contacted the downtown location and they said they could not cancel it. I would have to email a specific email.
