I ordered a sweater from their online shop as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately it was not the right item for my friend as it fit a little too snug for their liking. I emailed the owner/store to return the sweater as per the policy they described to me in an email within the 7 day return period. However, they never got back to me and now it is obviously past the return window and I am worried they will not allow the return, costing me a pretty penny. I would not recommend shopping here.

Helped my fairly new skater pick out a new board that she loves. Very friendly and not at all intimidating. Found her the perfect t-shirt while they were putting the board together for her. And had a great conversation with the owner. We'll definitely be back!
