I have been a patient here for several months now. I have always felt that Dr. Bhupalam and his staff have exhausted every avenue to help me and make me well again. All of my requests and needs have always been met. He always takes the time to answer my questions and makes me feel like I am his most important patient. The staff are always friendly, kind and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone needing neurological services!

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? zip review. you do not l isten to your patients. if so, then why would you not listen to me thursday when i told you dead to your face that i had NOT restarted my dilantin against your orders per our TELEPHONE conversation in December when YOU yourself told me NOT to take it because it was too strong for me as a result of my STAGGERING.
