Extremely professional.
I love the practice. I love the doctors there but the wait time is horrible. I’ve been there three times in the last month and the wait time is an hour and a half to two hours. Other than having to wait so long it’s good.
NP Ruhksana was super. We have met with her multiple times. She is very attentive and very good listener. She comforted my mom and was able to determine next steps for her pace maker. We are very happy with Dr. Silva and his whole team. I plan to add them as my own EP.
Very professional, and very willing to reply to all my questions. I highly recommend this office.
