Such a messed up situation. I used Ruíz ( Christian) mobile tinting in the past once and had a great experience. Called him a year later to tint my brand new 2025 car and everything seemed ok until I shortly discovered that he had cut my window on the outside with his razor and left a good size slice down my window. I called him immediately and texted he responded that sometimes that happens since he’s not at a shop and that he had a tool that could take out defects and would come back and do it no problem.
