Jose was on time. Same day service. Very friendly and professional. He did a great job with my new hot water heater installation.
I didn't know who to call, so I googled plumbers and found Ruiz Plumbing and decided to try them. I'm so glad I did! They arrived quickly and found the problem. They had to go to Tampa and get parts and, although I live in New Port Richey, they got the parts and fixed the leak by noon. They were so nice and I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber!
Had Jose the owner come out to re route a pipe boy was that a nightmare he first messed my drywall up and then had to basically pull teeth to get it fixed to now realize the can of worms he opened up when working on my sewer line it came apart at the fitting as you can see in the one picture and is now refusing to fix this saying it was not his doing mean while this is the owner we are talking about won’t even come look at it and he knows I have a child in my house with no facility do to all the sewage coming out of the pipe... read more
