I took my father n laws Silverado there for a replacement transmission. They knocked it out of the park. A very quick turnaround. Thanks to Mrs/Ms. Giselle for making the process easy. I would highly recommend.
I have a shop in lake Charles LA and they delivered out here , and have done so 3 times now for 3 different transmissions. I’ve never had any issues, with any of the work they’ve done for us. This is another account so yall know who yall dealing with…. After leaving an honest review about my experience, I received a 5-minute phone call filled with insults and complaints because I shared the truth. Please do not come to this place. They are extremely irresponsible and completely unprofessional. I came here to have my transmission repaired, and the very first day they gave my truck back, it wouldn’t move forward or backward. I had to pay for a tow truck just to bring it back to their shop. Of course, they don’t take responsibility for those extra expenses or reimburse you for anything.
