Very happy with the work Ruiz did for us (removal of old insulation, sealing, and blowing new cellulose up to R49). Of the 3 quotes we obtained from different companies, his was by far the most competitive (and without the pressure from the others - Atticman and Clark & Rush). Even going up to R49 to qualify for federal tax incentives was significantly less than the standard R38 from others (by almost 40%). We called for a quote because we heard and saw good reviews. He came and peeked in the attic ( was all of 3 minutes maybe. ) and then said he'd give us a quote but ghosted us instead. Guess we weren't worth his time.

Not an honest company. We requested an estimate for insulation for attic and two rooms. The estimate we got was based on measurements much higher than the other company that gave us a quote (650 sq ft vs 450 for attic, and 400 sq ft vs 358 for walls). In fact his estimate of square footage on the walls was higher even though the other company included a third room in its measurement that Jose didnt include.
