In my profession we deal with a lot of contractors and Ruiz is by far in the top 5. They are responsive, extremely fair in their costs, and highly efficient, completing projects ahead of schedule. They have quality equipment and crew to get the job done. I highly recommend them.
Horrible job with the installation of tile, and new bathtub. Had unknown water leak and ruined my bathroom floor. Don't hire these people
Tried to get ahold of them for a week. They called back while I was at work and I was unable to take the call. Continued to call and finally talked to someone who said they would call me the following week to set up a time to come over to look at the project for a quote. The week has come and gone and no call back.
