Dishonest and unreliable: After not showing up several times, finally got an estimate 10/2019. They recommended waiting till spring which I did. Made calls in spring and no return call, but due to pandemic wasn't sure if they were working. Got a return call in May and told would not get to me for 2 mos. though I should have been at top of list from fall. 2 1/2 months and many calls later, told another month. 2 months and many calls later told that old estimate no good as too much time has passed??? Called Ruiz Brothers for and estimate it took 4 days for that to happen. Oggy finally comes over 2 days later I text to hire them they thank me and say they will schedule me the following week. The went on until June 10 and my driveway still isn't done and Oggy or Agustin done return my calls or texts. They held up this job for almost a month. VERY UNRELIABLE!!
With winter approaching, it was urgent to have our driveway paved. We contacted Ruiz Brothers on Friday, they met with us on Sunday morning and installed our blacktop on Wednesday! It looks beautiful, and price was reasonable. Ruiz Workers were professional, efficient, polite, and very neat in their work. We recommend them highly. Dan and Ann Bloom
