Took my car in for repair....when i showed up to pick up my car, there was a huge dent on my trunk. I told them what had happened??? They said I brought it in like that. Impossible I had washed my car before bringing it in and no way there was a dent before I brought it. So they didnt to take responsibility and I left, when I got home after further inspection, the dent and the trunk had greasy finger prints and that explained what happened.
