I drove from Las Cruces, hoping to find something better, and I did! One of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle in a long time. Most dealers these days don’t even want to negotiate… the price is the price… well that’s not true, there’s always room to maneuver. The owner here was very pleasant and I felt appreciated as a customer… like the good old days. I hope to never buy a vehicle again, but if I have to, I’ll be sure to come back to Ruidoso Ford!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Made a purchase over $50k from them and have never received the title! it has been over 6 months and I still do not legally own the car! Have followed up and followed up and I cannot get them to do anything. New Mexico DMV advises that they still own the car! This is theft. Seeking legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CORRUPT ESTABLISHMENT FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!
They qouted 900$ for a 2015 f 250 front hub drivers side hub bearing. They qouted 600 for a abs module. 150 for washer pump motor. Juan said it will fix the issue assured me. Wheel bearing noises abs lights..... called abs module did not fix the lights and it needs a pump. 2000 dollars more. Talked to Ron walker he said I will call you back. He did not. They took 1700.00 dollars from me and fixed the washer sprayer nothing else. Than bill was changed to make abs repair 800 and wheel bearing 270 and wheel bearing 570 somethin... read more
