This best Service People in Otero and Lincoln Counties, would not think of having our Fords serviced anywhere else.
As usual, staff were friendly but professional. They handled a Customer Satisfaction Program repair and had the vehicle ready when promised. They are also great about washing vehicles before returning them to customers which is much appreciated in this dusty/muddy area!
I love the people at Ruidoso’s Lincoln Ford Dealership! They Always greet me every time I come in for service! Everyone is Friendly and makes you feel like family! Their Service is stellar, no matter what is needed on my vehicles. They explain what the problem is, gives me a quote and asks if I want the work done. I like the fact that they take pictures of my vehicles BEFORE it leaves my house for any scratches or dents and RETURN my vehicles and take pictures Afterwards to protect the individuals who drive my vehicles.
