Just to clarify MINUS 5 stars but had to put one star to post. It has taken me some time to be able to write this. Ruidoso Animal Clinic is responsible for the death of our family member/fur baby. Admittedly so by Dr. Thurstonson, Dr. Botkin, and Montana. Dr. Favis was extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending, and tried blaming me. My baby was over 8 years old with a couple of health issues and was supposed to be seen at least every couple of months and that I should have been getting appointment reminders. Everyone in here is such a blessing. I went in this morning, thinking that my dog had bloat. The nurse was so quick and efficient with the correct responses and medication for my little girl they really turned a nightmare into a miracle 🫶🏼 thank you!
We have bringing our dogs here for years. Great care, great facility! Great staff! Thanks, Dr. Favis, Beth, Yvette and all the wonderful caring folks for all you do.
I have been taking my fur babies here for a few years now. I live 45 mins away in another city. It is definitely worth the drive, knowing my babies are well beyond taken care of.
We are part-timers but had to bring our 14 year old dog in to see the vet. The service and care we got was first rate and better than our vet back home. Both doctors are caring, compassionate and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Your pets are in VERY good hands here.
