I had the worst experience with Elizabeth who sits at the front reception area and is supposed to help cater to patients for Dr Rui Zhang. Elizabeth was very condescending and unhelpful. Shes the white lady with dirty brown blonde hair who sits at the reception area. Super uncultured. I was referred to Dr Zhang by my Pain specialist for a rheumatologist diagnosis and Elizabeth made sure the appointment never happened.
