Recently I made an appt with Dr. Pang. I told her staff what I was coming in for. When I was in the exam room, the first thing she said was “I don’t know why people bring Dexascans for me to review, they should be going to a specialist”. I let her know that her staff told me I was able to do that. During my appointment, she was rushed, moody, and extremely impersonal. I would not recommend Dr. Pang . We are now into january and I have been dealing with her office since October for just one prescription that they cannot seem to figure out even though I myself have spoken directly to my insurers and it is covered. I have explained to them what they need to do, but they flat out will not listen to the to me. She also changed a bunch of my blood pressure medicine. Since October, my blood pressure is doing nothing but rising and rising and rising. I have contact their office several times and ... read more
Rui Wen Pang is among the best providers I have had. She is patient, takes the needed time to listen, and I never feel rushed. She discussion options, gives advice and I feel informed about my choices. She treats my entire family as well. She is the best!
While she may be medically competent, her "bedside manor" needs work as she was rude and obnoxious when questioning me. NOT GOOD.
