RUI came out to fix a 2 door reach in and every time they came out with in a day of fixing it I would have to call them back to repair it again. It took them 4 visits to finally get this repaired and every time their inept service I was charged. I think we had 3 different repairmen . Utterly pathetic. They also were called out to repair a warrantied ice machine. Again 3 trips to repair it racked up thousands in labor. Come out one time and fix it. ONCE. 7 service visits for 2 repairs. Eddie stopped in Harrington for a bite to eat on his way home from Davenport (where I am sure he provided excellent service to the Safeway) he over heard me telling someone that my dishwasher was throwing error codes & being problematic all day. He told me to get the error codes & gave me his business card incase I needed to troubleshoot the errors. He also told me of some of the most common failures on this type if washer. As I see many have left reviews on, this company practices unsafe driving. Yesterday, April 17, 2024 around 3:05 pm on the Spokane Street Viaduct a driver was so aggravated from common merging practices that they felt the need to lay on their horn for what felt like at least 30 seconds and then skid off continuing to honk at the person merging as appropriate.
