The entire staff is attentive and understanding to my divorce case. I see all of these negative and poor reviews. It must be the mentality of some people "i committed a crime, you can't make it better, so your the one to blame" type of people. I for one NEVER had ANY rudeness, disrespect, or misrepresentation. Shelly makes the entire office work like fine tuned cog in a clock! Couldn't be happier.
I want to especially recognize the paralegal/office manager, Shelly, at this law office. They were consistently professional, organized, and responsive throughout all my inquiries. Any time I had questions or needed updates, they responded promptly and made sure I understood what was going on. Their communication helped make a stressful process much more manageable. I would highly recommend working with them and this office based on the level of support and service provided. Thank you, Shelly!!!!
Very sloppy presentation from the start. Office is a mess and everyone seemed rude and rushed. I would not trust these people with my money and I don’t think they have my best interest at heart. I hope they get the help they need before they ruin many lives.
Very very rude to my husband on a regular basis this Shelly or Sherry lady!! Shouldn't be in customer service at all.
