We had to follow up on a few things. Every single time I called with a multitude of questions all the employees were so helpful and very attentive. Sara was especially great on the phone and when we met Jennifer in the office she made the process very easy and not sad. Thank you Ruhkala Moniment Inc for being supportive during a challenging transition for our family. Your choice of employees is excellent and we cannot express our appreciation with how supported we felt during this difficult process.
The service seems to be great however in house management in Rocklin treat thier employees like garbage. One Guy in particular who Leads the crew is verbally abusive and does not care for his crews safety. Repeatedly voiced racists and one sided political views and talked down to or belittle the person he speaks too. Ken is a poor representation of what seems to be a good company providing a excellent service for monuments and head stones.
They are wonderful...provided a beautiful headstone for my parents 21 years ago...and now again another beautiful one for my husband recently. Would never use anyone else...

Awesome staff! Very helpful and understanding. Great prices. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable with your selection. I would highly recommend them.
