UPDATE: So as it turns out, Endeavor has implemented a system that makes it difficult for patients to communicate with their physicians and, on the contrary, Dr. Khan, along with other physicians in their system, have been vocal with Endeavor's upper echelon, about things needing to change for the better. Myself, my brother and Mom have been patients of Dr. Khan for several years. A couple of years ago, we've noticed her level of care and service severely decline since, so much so, that my brother has already dropped her as his PCP. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to speak directly with ANYONE in that office. As a result, my mom cannot even get prescriptions refilled!!! Dr. Ruheena Khan and her entire team are the ABSOLUTE BEST. I am so happy to find a care team that truly cares about their patients. From guiding and educating me about my health concerns, to truly caring about the health and well being of their patients they are exceptional. I find that today, it is extremely rare to find doctors, dentist, nurses, that truly care about patients health. She sets the standard of what an exceptional doctor and office should be.
My daughter and I each saw Dr Kahn separately, as we were both looking for a new PCP. We each were very disappointed. The visits were very short, but most disappointing was her lack of response on the portal. I have yet to hear back from a response I left several months ago. My daughter left a message after receiving test results, and the response was extremely dismissive and abrupt with no follow up suggestions.
