If you’re looking for a doula, I highly recommend Asma! She went above and beyond during my birth experience. She was a calming, compassionate voice of reason and provided a sense of safety and reassurance as I navigated difficult moments and decisions. I felt very safe and comfortable with her. She also made a point of building a connection with me and fostering a sense of trust and friendship before my birth, which made our connection smoother during my labour. I’m so grateful to have had her support!

I have been following her work for years since she first started Birth with Ruh and so when I get asked what was the first thing i purchased for baby and my pregnant self? It was her childbirth education classes. Best investment ever. I highly recommend Asma and her services! She is kind, patient, professional, caring, compassionate, listens to you and your needs and she is extremely knowledgeable. She helped me through a loss and again postpartum after the birth of my youngest. She was able to provide me with valuable advice on feeding, caring for myself after a c-section and even provided me with some delicious and nourishing bone broth.
