I recently moved into a new place with hardwood flooring. I prefer carpet so I searched for a carpet that would fit the living room area and got lucky on Facebook Marketplace. Rugz's customer and professional services were outstanding. Responsive, timely, thorough at a fair price. They resurrected our 20 year old wool rug... it is like new again!
We sent 3 rugs in for cleaning, and they came back to us in a week with the colors looking vibrant again after many years of wear. They are great at checking in, communicating, and scheduling your job. The price felt reasonable especially since it included flying them from Oahu to Maui.
We sent out our rug to be professionally cleaned last month. It had a couple pet stains but nothing major- it’s just wool so it’s really heavy when wet and is nice enough that we wanted it cleaned professionally. Massive mistake. Our rug came back smelling strongly of mold and now has a massive brown textured stain covering half of one side of it that was not present when we sent it out.
