I recently took a valued custom made rug to RugWorx. Although it was 20 years old, it hadn't had much actual wear until the last 5 years. At that time we moved its location to a higher traffic area and acquired a dog that infrequently may have an accident when excited. Joe, at RugWorx, explained the cleaning process and bought me to his work shop to actually show me how they would clean the rug. We had a small rug from our kitchen that looked great when it was new but we had let it get dirty over the years. We called Rug Worx and they gave us a good estimate and we had heard good things about them from our neighbors so we went ahead. When we got the rug back it looked great ! The quality was great, the price was good and everything was on time.
Great experience. Joe was very knowledgable and great to work with. Would recommend and use again!
