We love our floors and showers! They did a wonderful job and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend
Rugworks did all of the flooring in our new home and did an amazing job. The tilework was exceptionally done. We had a grout joint that had a small crack (15 months later) and Jeanette coordinated having someone come out and repair it. We have built several homes during our married life and it is very hard to find a company with customer service like this!
Emily was amazing! Very knowledgeable and very patient . Took the time with me and made sure I got exactly what I was hoping for ! Loved the end result . She was very caring and personable !
Horrible install. Our floors are buckling. Our bathroom tile job was horrible. We can't clean them because the grout is like mud. Two years has gone by and we call but they just tell us they have to talk with someone about that. geez. I have posted pictures . Avoid this company so you won't have to go through what we have been through with our floors and tilework.
