Couldn’t fault them! The quoting, pick up/drop off service was all done so quickly and easily ! The communication while cleaning my rugs was exceptional, letting me know about the tough stains and asking me about extra cleaning before proceeding. The quality of the clean was brilliant too for all 6 of my rugs! They managed to mostly remove this awful blue stain I had on one of my rigs which I thought would never come out . I do not recommend this business. If I could give zero stars, I would. We took a rug there that had a yellow water stain. They did advise us that due to the fibres in the rug they may not be able to lift the stain. We were okay with that and understood the stain may not come out. After the rug was washed, they called us to say that the stain was not lifted and wanted us to pay extra money for them to try to clean it.
