Great experience from 1st phone call. Carpet was picked up and taken for its clean and dry. Received it back and we are absolutely happy with results. I would recommend definetly.

One of their company drivers pulled out in front of my vehicle, failed to give way, then stopped and proceeded to abuse me instead of accepting responsibility for his own actions. The behaviour was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone representing a business on the road. I contacted the company to raise my concerns, expecting at the very least an apology or acknowledgment of the driver’s behaviour. Thank you so much for saving my very expensive bamboo silk rug!! I thought it was ruined (cat peed on it a few times!!) Looks absolutely perfect and new! Highly recommend RugWash

Rug Wash Qld cleaned my very thick loose pile woollen rug recently, which was really quite dirty! They did an amazing job! Very happy with the clean. It's not an easy rug to clean, as others have found out, but these guys did a great job! Highly recommend!! The service was really good as well.
