Very professional. Carpets came to life again. Especially the Afghan red ones.
Rug Wash Qld cleaned my very thick loose pile woollen rug recently, which was really quite dirty! They did an amazing job! Very happy with the clean. It's not an easy rug to clean, as others have found out, but these guys did a great job! Highly recommend!! The service was really good as well.
I was recommended to use your business! However, after poor customer service via phone call this afternoon. I was quite upset on how rude the receptionist was. She was very blunt and spoke aggressively which was quite a shock. I felt like I was being spoken down too and I would not recommend on using this business based on customer service experience.
Went to Rug Wash on the recommendation from a friend. Wasn’t expecting perfection but I am extremely happy with the result. Looks like new. Would recommend to everyone. Cheaper if you can deliver and pick up but a good price for a great service.
What an amazing team at Rugwash I'm so impressed how great my rug turned out. It was heavily soiled from our puppy, and was rather sceptical that it couldn't be returned back to life, It not only came back better than expected it also smells lovely and fresh and the integrity of the rug is all intact, I was worried because it needed an extra treatment And alsoI was pleasantly surprised at the cost Give them a try you won't be disappointed
