Such a great service from start to finish. Communication was excellent, rugs are amasingly clean and I couldn't recommend more highly. I am very fussy and could not fault a single part of the process and final product. Will definitely be a returning customer for years...
I do not recommend this business. If I could give zero stars, I would. We took a rug there that had a yellow water stain. They did advise us that due to the fibres in the rug they may not be able to lift the stain. We were okay with that and understood the stain may not come out. After the rug was washed, they called us to say that the stain was not lifted and wanted us to pay extra money for them to try to clean it. We have used Rug Wash twice now and we could not be happier with the outcome. We don’t leave the cleaning too long (6-9 months apart) because we don’t want the rugs to get to bad. That being said, the service is excellent, they pick the rugs up from us and return them when finished. Price is very reasonable in our opinion. We will continue to support this business.
My rugs look brand new again! Very impressive considering I was ready to discard them if the result wasn’t this good - they were that heavily soiled
