My kitchen rug is in a very high-traffic area and it takes more abuse than I often realize, (multiple pets, nieces, nephews and grand nephews) - it gets washed at RugSpa every couple years because of its high-traffic location and it comes back looking and smelling like it did when I purchased it new about 12 years ago

Wow. That’s all I can say. I just got my rug back and it’s absolutely pristine. No sign of my dog’s vomit that was caked in. These guys are magicians. Plus the shipment instructions are really clear. Expensive but worth every penny!
