My mother came here and spent nearly and hour deciding on a rug. Ordered it and was expecting to receive it (delivered) only to find out 10+ days later that the rug was on back order. It was "in-stock" when she paid; which is why she ordered. I know this business has been around a long time, but maybe the salesman who has the best ability of completing sales and placing orders should be running the place.
