The order was placed on Oct. 9th and stayed in the processing status for weeks. I finally called and was told the order was backordered by the manufacturer and that I would have to commit to one available or the order would be cancelled. I did commit and we finally got the rug on Dec. 9th. The rug was too large and we returned it. There was a lot of confusion about how to return the rug and whether or not we got the correct FedEx label.
