I just wanted to say thank you to Serina for having 10/10 costumer service and for making sure I was wanting and getting exactly the couches I wanted ! Nice neat and very professional I highly recommend going there and seeing her she will definitely make sure you are getting what you wanted !
Serina is always welcoming and very knowledgeable of all the furniture that Rugs and Home Design has to offer. So many selections, always hard to pick just one. Always has the best deals in town. Love that they deliver and help set up at home, makes it that much easier for us. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who need furniture for their home.
I bought couches from catalog and are very small in size compare to picture and they don't exchange them for your money back only for different couches Even when lady said they were bigger than floor sample sectionals

Extremely Disappointed! I would NOT recommend this place. We bought our king size bed and METAL bed frame here. We needed our metal bed frame replaced after just 1 WEEK of it being delivered! They REFUSED to refund it and said they will just continue to replace it if it was to continue breaking! we had to take and send pics. they also delivered the wrong size metal bed frame at first. What a hassle! I was a returning customer and had recommended this place in the past. Never Again... I have contacted outside help to resolve ... read more
It was very fast and friendly service..was helped by a super cool young lady at the Visalia location..I totally recommend this place..I will be going back in the future.
this store advertised items they do not have. when you go to the store they try and sell you completely different. they show pictures from a catalog and NOT from their showroom. very decieving
When we came in, they didn’t have the bed I was looking for, BUT Sam came to help us and showed me a much nicer one and gave us a killer deal on it. The bed literally came in within days, even though he said to give him two weeks to receive it. We received it two days after purchasing. The bed was even more beautiful in person than what was shown in the catalog. We are super happy with our purchase.
