Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking a a quality rug and amazing customer service! I dealt with a couple of their staff as I came in twice to look at rugs. They are all lovely and very helpful people but Farah in particular is wonderful to do business with I’m so happy with my choice and will be recommending this business to anyone I know who is looking for a rug. We had such a positive experience purchasing our rug. Farah the Managing Director, skillfully guided us through what initially, seemed a daunting task of finding the right rug. Patiently, staff folded over rug after rug to help us consider the myriad of designs. Once we established what size and cultural pattern we preferred, Farah invited us to take two rugs on appro to view them insitu. Let me tell you this — I bought a rug from here, and the customer service is number one in NZ! The quality of the rugs is unbelievable, and best of all, the price is even better.
We were very happy with the quality and design of the rugs presented by this store. The staff were very polite, courteous and helpful. Both the rugs in our house look lovely. Recommend to visit the New Market store if you are buying a rug.
